Who we are

After 30 years of building and running an accountancy practice, Martin Robertson and Susanne Harrison sold the accountancy side of their business in March 2026.

Today, they use their combined experience in business, finance, leadership, coaching, mentoring and training to help established business owners improve profitability, make better decisions and create a business that supports the life they want.

We support small, medium and family businesses across various sectors including professional services, health, education. Our clients are all looking for financial sustainability, profitability growth or exit planning.

We build trusted relationships with SME owners, directors and their leadership teams.

Biography

After my childhood dream of becoming a footballer ended, I founded an accountancy practice in Glasgow in 1996, focusing on helping clients understand their finances and improve business performance.

My mission is to provide quality-driven support that enhances profitability sustainably while maintaining a balance between business and personal life.

I also authored Your 60 Minute Business Transformation, which received 5-star reviews on Amazon.

I have loved discussing my business challenges with Susanne who understands business but is outside my sector. Having a fresh perspective to review and listen to my issues, challenge me, and offer ideas and potential solutions has been incredibly rewarding.

I strive to empower leaders to become more self-aware, more commercially aware and to enjoy their leadership journey.
